Well, finally, it's all about me!
This life I have is pretty fantastic, I have so much to be very grateful for. My husband is a good guy & I adore him big time. He is a terrific Dad who loves us all to pieces. The boys are funny, nice people who will be funny, nice adults. I am indeed blessed & have nothing to complain about.
I do however like to complain, so this will be the spot to do so. I'm looking forward to it.

Whinge, whinge, whinge!
ReplyDeleteTry something positive, ie, make your own Kahlua:
• in a large pan: 12 cups of water, 7 cups sugar (it is a lot – try to use the organic natural sugar) 2-3 cups instant coffee granulate (you can be creative here)
• bring to boil and then simmer for 2 hours, cool and add 6 cups dark rum, 6 cups vodka, 10 tablespoons vanilla extract
• Mix well, pour into bottles and recap
• Store in a dark cabinet about (this is the hard part) 1 months before serving.
• Makes 6 litres

You are allowed to whinge if you want!! Yes, indeed many of us have a lot to be thankful for in this world...we could have been born in Somalia....
